The hygienic HLF leveling feet are made of stainless steel 1.4301 with vulcanized NBR (80 Shore) and a spindle with a sealed protective sleeve, each with wrench width. Both, the spindle and the base are sealed with a silicone gasket. The sleeve, which also functions as a bolt nut, is fitted with silicone seals to the smooth end of the spindle and to the mounting place at the equipment with silicone gasket. The rounded design allows for easy cleaning, making the HLF ideal for sanitary applications and use in the brewing, dairy and pharmaceutical industries. • Anti-slip: The solid 1.4301 stainless steel body is equipped with an FDA-certified (FDA CFR 21 177 2600) anti-slip rubber with a unique batch number for food safety traceability, according to 3A.
• High slope: The joint, where the hygienic, stainless steel base body and the A2-70 spindle are joined together, copes with inclinations of up to 10 degrees on floors and equipment.
